Return policy:
All of our apparel are carefully made to order, therefore we do not accept refunds or returns. However, if the item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the damaged item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
All sales are final unless they arrive faulty or damaged. If so, please email souriastyle@gmail.com and we will work out a solution.
How do I report an issue with ordered products?
If you received a faulty product, contact us via e-mail and include the following to submit a claim:
- Order number
- Submit clear photos of the full garment and close up photos of the issue
- Clear description of the issue(s) with the product or print
If we deem the item faulty, we will attempt to deliver a replacement for the faulty item. If a redelivery is not possible, you will be provided a full refund of the price of the product. We will refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment.

Are they any customs fees?
Some International orders outside of Europe may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes which may add an additional cost to the price you have paid for your order. These charges will need to be paid by the buyer before the order can be released from customs or during delivery at your address.
You should receive the customs invoice via post or email from the courier. Duties and taxes are calculated by your local customs authorities and are out of our control.
How long will shipping take from the date of dispatch?
Delivery generally takes 7 to 10 days depending on your location
Where are your products made?
Our apparel collection is designed in France and printed in Sweden. Organic cotton garments are sourced from Turkiye or Bangladesh depending on the product.
