STERGOED isn’t about volume — it’s about intention.
We’re dedicated to the art of making. Each upcycled piece is thoughtfully designed and skillfully assembled. Craftsmanship takes time, and we embrace that process.

We ship worldwide:
For made-to-order apparel, please allow 1–2 weeks for processing and shipping. They are printed and shipped from our partner in the south of France. 
For hand-crafted upcycled items , production and delivery may take 2-3 weeks.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.

For local France orders, La Poste will be the carrier, allow 4 days to a week for processing and shipping.

International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees as determined by local authorities. STERGOED has no control over these charges or any associated delays.
Shipping rates do not include these additional costs.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for any loss of parcels, please make sure your address and information are correct when ordering, there will be no refund for custom made items  lost in transit. Please read our return and refund policies here. 

Apparel orders are shipped separately from handmade up cycled items. Apparel orders ship from our workshop in the Nîmes, south of France while handmade items are shipped from Paris, France. You will be given two separate tracking numbers for each. 

We ship in simple recyclable paper bags, no extras and no plastic to avoid waste.

Production:

Our apparel collection is designed in Paris, France and printed/shipped from our workshop in the south of France (Nîmes, Gard). Organic cotton garments for our apparel are sourced from Turkey, Bangladesh or Portugal depending on the product. They are certified no pesticides, insecticides, or GMOs. Printing equipment uses eco-friendly dye. 

Our ready-to-wear designs come from upcycled and thrifted material, locally hand-painted or hand-crafted in France, shipped from Burgundy, France.
